So What's Up With Me?

Forgive me of my long absence in blogging world folks. I know it's been a long time since I last posted my entry here but hey I am still alive, surviving and kicking. Mom tries to do her best to keep up with my eating habit(which is insanely difficult) for I always say NO NO to almost all foods she give me. I do love to play alot though and scatter toys everywhere also play with our dog. So today, I get a small chance updating my blog for I know you all are wanting to read some fresh and new updates here.

I won't be posting long entry today as it might bore you all, let me just give you some of the developments I've made as I turned 15 months.

1. I can now identify different kinds of animals such as; dogs, cat(both sounds like ACK) when I say it, elephant, birds, fish, horse etc.

2. Able to identify between airplane and a flower, loves looking at pictures (esp. animal pictures) in the book

3. Picky when it comes to food. Now drinking my milk with 2 scoops of milk and 2 scoops of cereal to content my small tummy.

4. Meet my daddy at living room gate when he's home excitedly

5. Loves to play with dirt/ gravel or sand

6. Able to point where "yayay" is

7. Standing in the shower while mom spray me with warm water in my little body. Before I used to lie down in my baby bather.. now not anymore

8. Loves eating strawberry, banana, mango and cheese.. don't like water much

9. Loves to study my ABC on Starfall

10. Loves to babble alot, baby babble that only me can understand although I can speak a few words correctly

11. Most of all I LOVE BOTH MOM AND DAD VERY MUCH!

My Precious Smile!

Here's the latest pics of me smiling so sweetly like that of an angel from above. I am naturally a happy baby so smiling or laughing is not a hard task to do after all. Thank you avid visitors for peeking me here once in a while. Myself and my family are just doing really really fine!

My First Easter

Thank you Tita Rose for accommodating us today. My first Easter was a success. I had so much fun doing my first egg hunting! It wouldn't be made possible if not because of you muahhhhh! Hmmm if I know, not only me who enjoyed the activity but mommy and you as well.

Too bad though that I was the only one hunting for eggs, it would be so "sadya" if there are other kids join the egg hunting with me, I bet. Perhaps, next year there will be two of us! So guys, look at the photos of me looking so cute looking for eggs.

First step is that mom and I dipped the eggs into colored water for added beauty...

Watch Me Using An Instrument

I know one of my mom's wishes is for me to become a pro pianist. She is so jealous of other kids who can play the piano brilliantly. Watch me playing my lil toy and tell me if I have the potential to become one? I know playing the piano can be learned so I just wait for mom and dad to send me to school and start my lesson for it.

I Met A New Friend Today at The Park

It was such a pretty nice day today that both mom and I enjoyed it there in the park. It was indeed an ideal day for kids like to be walking and playing in the gravel while mom busy taking pictures of me and the new friend I met at the park.

Her name is Yanabi, sounds like Japanese huh but she looks very American. In fact, mom find her very pretty. Of course I am the prettiest in her eyes. It was interesting because we met for the first time and we are of the same age. I am only two days apart from that girl you know? So guys take a look at our pictures together, playing and hmm probably introducing ourselves eyes to eyes. .... yep, it's my friend ducky. First time to ride this ducky

So Lonely In This World

The unstoppable me no matter what happens, I just keep on walking and walking. Many times I stumble and mom told me to pick myself up and continue walking and that is exactly what I do.

Spring is already here and for that we need to take advantage of the nice weather it brings. Watch the two videos above of myself having fun walking back and forth in our front yard.

Under The Sunshine

So what else to do if the sun is up and the weather is so nice? You bet, walking under the sun outside is what people in this neighborhood usually do including me. Although I can't get around the neighborhood yet but mom manage to bring me in our front or backyard to let me enjoy the Spring weather. Video above is of me walking playing in the dirt.

Listen To Me Talking..

You folks, listen to me playing with my tongue that produces strange sounds. My parents think that I am talking strange words but no one knows what I am doing. Can somebody help them translate my words so they can have a better understanding of me talking? I do sound so cute that is what I think. How about you? What do you think? One Tough Girl

Dad called me "One Tough Girl" when he got home tonight from work. First, I fell on the floor gauna ang ulo naugbok, why? I kept climbing on top of my carseat and I was out of balance so I fell. I got a bump on my forehead as a result.

Then Dada came home, I ran hurriedly to the living room gate mosugat niya, then there came our naughty dog, Chichai, kept jumping up and down due to excitement! She was so buang ug luhag that she scratched me on my face and she almost hit me on my eye. What a naught dog she is. But despite of that, I love her because she is my only playmate in this strange cold world called America.

The Day I Became A Christian

...is the day I am being cleansed from my original sin. Cheers people for it was a successful Christening day for me eventhough I didn't feel good at that day. It was a long day for all of us but it's worth it. Mom's mission in the Philippines has been accomplished with the help of the people surrounding us.

Thanks to my daddy, mommy, grandma, grandpa, little uncle and auntie, big uncles, my godparents and most of all mom's friends who also became my friends during my stay in Cebu! Sharing you folks the very snaps of my Christening!

Witness The First Few Steps I made

I am walking! I am walking! I thought it would be a while before I can walk because when we left Texas, I was still crawling although I was standing up and not holding on to something but couldn't make my step.

Here in the Philippines, it's too crowded and I see all the people surrounding me are walking and for me it's very challenging. There is this woman who is a family friend and she steals me from my mother every morning during the first week of our stay here and she let me walk on a rough surface. I as a baby not used to it, trying my very best to walk and not to fall down for it really is hard on my knees. At first, it was hard making my first steps, but days passed and the training went on, I learned to love it and that is why I am proud to say I AM WALKING!

One Year Milestone

My life here in the Philippines is so busy. Mommy's friends keep inviting us to meet us just to see my pretty face. I have met a couple of them and they all like me, that is what I believe. Some people I want them to carry me, others I don't like them, they look scary hehe!

Anyways, just a quick update of my progress being a year old now. I am gonna post some photos of me caught in the act holding the phone pretending I am talking to my dada. The things I can capable of doing now are:

1.walking although I stumble sometimes but I get up or crawl after that

1. nows what comb is for, I comb my hair each time I see itthe phone is to communicate and for the ear... when I have a chance, I grab mom's cellphone and bring it to my ear saying "dada.. dada..da"
2. good at climbing up the stairs


3. I now have a bangkil, another one coming out

4.moduol na ni lolo ug lola and little uncles and auntie

5.dance when music is played

My 1st Birthday Photos

Waazzzup people?? What's new? What's hot? My apology for haven't written or posting anything in my humble home for quite a decade because of the big adjustment I had to do in this strange foreign land called the Philippines.

Since mom has gotten her internet connection she deserves, might as well grab this opportunity to post my birthday photos tonight even if it's too late already.
